Meet the Staff

Dr. Jorro graduated cum laude with her Bachelors of Science in pharmacy degree from Long Island University, Arnold and Marie Schwartz College in 1999. Similarly, she graduated cum laude with her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Dr. Jorro is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal medicine. She completed her osteopathic medicine residency at Advent Health east Orlando.

Dr. Elizabeth Jorro is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. She has special interest in Geriatric medicine, Women’s health, and Men’s health. She was selected as one of Florida’s favorite physicians of 2011 and received the Patient’s Choice Award in 2011. Additionally, she was recognized by her patients as one of America’s most compassionate doctors and received the Most Compassionate Doctors award in 2010 & 2011.

During her free time, Dr. Jorro enjoys going to her children’s baseball games, exercising, reading, and spending time with her family. Dr. Jorro is fluent in English & Spanish.

Jessica Black is a board certified Physician Assistant. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Northwestern State University, and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University School of Health Technology & Management in Stony Brook, NY.

Jessica is passionate about family medicine and preventive care. She is an active member of the Florida Association of Physician Assistant. Jessica is fluent in English & Spanish, and during her free time she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her family.

A native of Florida, Yamill joined Orlando Family Practice Care, P.A. in 2007. She has worked her way up from medical assistant student to lead certified medical assistant, referral coordinator, billing specialist and as of 2013 practice manager. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and enjoys the beach. Yamill is certified in electrocardiogram and phlebotomy, Yamill is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Orlando Family Practice Care, P.A. welcomed Ismael in 2019. He attended the University of Central Florida majoring in Health Services Administration. Prior to joining our practice Ismael worked for senior focused companie such as Consulate Healthcare Management, Greystone Healthcare Management, and Palm Garden Healthcare. Ismael's focus is helping our patients maintain a happy and healthy life with special interest in our senior population. In his free time he enjoys fishing, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and friends. Ismael is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Wanda joined Orlando Family Practice Care, P.A. in 2013. She takes great pride in helping our patients and bringing brightness to their day. Wanda enjoys listening to music in her spare time as well as spending quality time with her family and friends.
